Contributed to Scoot’s main-page booking widget feature, “Plan Your Next Trip,” by conducting user interviews, prototyping, and facilitating user testing sessions.
Created an extended platform for Scoot’s team of developers to access brand style system and style guide for brand consistency.
Collaborated within a cross-functional team of designers, product owner, business analyst, and developers in Scoot’s Agile framework, in supportive role for workshops, work reviews, and Miro board updates.
